1. General Terms

2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our business and services, all completed services and delivered digital products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Customized software or web solutions

Digital consultancy or marketing reports

Graphic/branding design once delivered

Hosting fees, subscriptions, and domain registrations

Paid digital advertising and campaigns
In addition, advance payments for non-completed jobs will be non-refundable if:

The project is cancelled by the client, and
-
The client failed to provide necessary information, content, approvals, or tools required to execute the job as agreed.
This ensures protection for time, labor, and resources already committed by our team.
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline, with no valid justification or approved extension

The client cancels the service before project initiation and before resource allocation

A technical error (e.g. double billing or incorrect charge) occurred on our side
To request a refund, clients must:

Submit the request within 7 calendar days of the original payment

Provide a valid receipt or invoice

Send a written explanation to info@intello.ae detailing the reason for the refund
4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
Clients may cancel monthly or subscription-based services (e.g. marketing retainers, hosting) by notifying us in writing at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be granted for services already rendered during the current billing period

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid term
5. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days

INTELLO Solutions SPC LLC is not liable for processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors
